The son of a piano teacher and a wedding photographer, he first picked up a Polaroid camera and he hasn’t put it down. That steadily led to commissions from his friends and fueled his love to capture people and is inspired by fashion covers and spreads.

Through his years working on film sets as a builder and learning as much on staging and lighting, it led to his contacts in many established brands and networks. His growing client base allowed him to set up his own studio focused on aesthetically driven visual storytelling.

I-Lin has been honored to work with top international brands and publications, as well as leading brands in photography and fashion community. He is always excited when projects allow him to meet new people and travel to new places.
